• They are interested in the itinerary number and not in your PNR confirmation number from what we’ve experienced.
• Suppose you are asked for your PNR confirmation number. In that case, you can always say: “I bought this ticket a few days ago, perhaps the booking agent did not issue an actual ticket yet”.

For example: If you are flying from Singapore to Phuket using AirAsia on a one-way ticket — find an “onward ticket” with a different airline, for example, Singapore Airlines, Thai Airways, Malaysia Airlines, or other companies. Don’t repeat your flight with AirAsia. This will prevent AirAsia from checking whether your onward ticket is actually real.
